Tumbling for Girls and Boys
Mini Flippers
Ages 7–12 for beginner and intermediate tumblers. Skills range from cartwheels and round-offs to back walkovers and back handsprings, with a focus on proper technique and skill progression. Additional advanced skills may be introduced when the coach feels a tumbler is ready.

Advanced Tumbling
Ages 13–17 this student-guided class allows tumblers to work on their individual goals with coach support. Coaches will set up skill stations, provide instruction, and give individualized corrections to help each tumbler safely progress at their own pace.
This is a drop-in class only. The cost is $12 per class, payable by cash, card, or Venmo at the door. Punch cards are available for purchase. Students must complete registration and pay the registration fee before attending class. Register below to reserve your spot and complete payment.
